3. Place Orders

Orders placed via portal, EDI, or via your dedicated account manager.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

We pick, pack, QA-check, and dispatch via pallet, parcel, or drop-ship. You receive tracking, invoice, and proof of delivery.

5. After-Sales Support

Returns, replacements, warranty handling, marketing assets, restock alerts, promotions support.
