At Murdoch Distribution Limited, we aim to provide our trade customers with genuine, high-quality products and a smooth purchasing experience. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased through our trade platform or directly from our sales team.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
The product is in its original packaging, unused, and resalable (for non-faulty returns).
The return request is made within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
Please note that B2B sales are final, and we do not accept returns for buyerโs remorse, overstock, or unsold inventory unless agreed in writing.
To initiate a return, please:
Contact our trade support team at murdochdistribution@gmail.com with your order number, invoice, and reason for return.
Include clear photos or videos showing any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) confirmation before sending goods back.
Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, Murdoch Distribution will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a collection.
For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
All returned goods must be securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will:
Inspect the goods for verification.
Notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7โ10 business days after inspection.
Refunds (where applicable) will be made to your original payment method or as a credit note on your trade account, depending on your account terms.
Refunds will only cover the product cost โ not shipping, handling, or administrative fees (unless the error was ours).
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Software, digital licenses, or product keys once activated.
Perishable FMCG goods or beverages.
Products not purchased directly from Murdoch Distribution.
Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
If your delivery arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide supporting images of the package and contents so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Where possible, we offer replacement or exchange for the same item.
If a product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or credit note of equivalent value.
